Ms. Todman

Operations Manager

Ms. Todman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Investigative Services from the University of New Haven and a Master of Arts Degree in Education Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University. 

Ms. Todman joins the BASIS  Independent Manhattan team as the Operations Manager. Although born in Boston, Massachusetts, she spent much of her childhood in the Turks and Caicos Islands with her family. She moved to New Jersey from Boston nearly 10 years ago and has since held various leadership positions at both the independent and charter school levels. From 2007 to 2014 Ms. Todman worked at an independent school in Newark, New Jersey, where she happily served as the school's Head of Enrollment & Secondary School Counseling; a position she found most rewarding. 

Ms. Todman found her home at BASIS independent Manhattan after several years in the New Jersey Charter School system. She adores BASIS Independent's fruitful mission and collaborative community. As the Operations Manager she looks forward to making the lives of faculty and families that much easier as she works behind the scenes to ensure seamless systems and operations.

In her leisure time Ms. Todman can be found designing handmade accessories, roller skating, or traveling the globe.
